The guild quests should have been reset with maintenance today. If you're still experiencing this issue after a few days, please let us know.
There is a guild quest in my list, but none for me, and a waiting quest that I can't resolve. What is a waiting quest?
A waiting quest is one that is waiting for you to finish the current quest. Then it will become current.
