Heroic little tailor evil j major guide alternate block set up L4

a dirt road has been placed is the way of evil j's block on L4 ... same thing happened on CLT too... im guessing the dirt roads are here to stay

use same troop load as evil j's major HLT.... all 5 garrisons are in different positions. make sure u place exactly where the picture shows!
