How do you know who is online for support??

WHO IS ONLINE?? cant log in game so need to find a BB or CL to help with yet another lockout.

If you can't log in to the game, you can send me a private message -- if I'm on, I'll try to get it direct to BB. I'm sure you could private message the other CLs too.

you could also private message a BB... my suggestion is BB add a page that shows the avatars of all current BBs and Cls that include the green dot for online status for players to see who exactly is online.

View Forum Leaders shows BB status. It would be simple enough to add a CL category as well, though it's feasible to do a members list search for CL_ and open their names in new tabs.

Thanks that will help, and will just have to give in and give it time. In the meantime will make sure im up to date on all updates patches and what not even tho I tried it on 3 diff operating systems and browsers but just to make sure on my end...
