I vastly enjoy helping out however I can, the downfall being that we as CLs take a lot of flak for things beyond our control

Functionality wise, there isn't really a difference. However, we (the newly chosen CLs) are undergoing a 3 month training period to make sure we are capable of undertaking what BB would like us to do as CLs.

any updates on being able to move the order of things being made in the PH or barracks?

The CL position takes someone dedicated to the game and willingness to help others
