I really love cooking, which has led me to organic gardening (herbs and vegetables). I learned to can when I was a kid, so I love making jams, jellies, sauces, putting up pickles, etc. I used to do a lot of photography and bird watching, but the kiddo doesn't give me enough time for that anymore. So, mainly right now I cook, garden, can/preserve (with the help of the kiddo), and read Dr. Seuss books.
