Extra Garrisons

I have 3 extra garrisons on my island clicking them only brings up the red ring around them and a box like on adventures that only says garrison

I can use one. Please send to Wimpyvile Thank you.

Since the data center issue I have lost 3 tavern generals so those could be mine please return them to me.
