They give an respond with an auto, then later with real answer. They are buried with tickets and do not respond on weekends. You should get an answer but it might take a while.
also please note that the response goes to the email address you signed up with, not in game. also check your spam folder.
Tickets sent in through the support system should generate an automated response fairly quickly. If you are not getting the automated response to the email used to log in to the game, you should check your spam filter. Otherwise your email address may be incorrectly, and customer service will be unable to contact you regarding your ticket. This can be fixed from the U-play log in, or you may need to use an alternate method to contact customer service.
Otherwise, yes, there are people who are responding to tickets. There is a greater delay than normal because of an increased volume, but the CRS's working on them. However, it should be pointed out that is it a holiday weekend in the US, so they may not be in office today.
so im out of luck till monday at least, losing tons of collectables for the event etc, well i guess it is what it is, and the adventure i had going is gonna time out too, sigh
