I have purchased 6 of them... 3 rabbit statues and 3 chopping blocks. I opened the boxes in two groups. The blocks were in one group and the statues in another. Is the random nature based on the game clock and time opened? Either way, I am swearing off the things.
I bought 3 yesterday. Two frozen manors & a rabbit statue. I bought and opened one at a time.
I went 0 for 20 on frozen manors.
3 for 4 on frozen manors now.

16s and I have 4 manors, 2 of them are in a row, so I guess it is just random. I opened them at different time.
I bought 20, 4 manors (2 in the first 3 boxes), 3 pirate houses, the rest were pavilions/arctic mines.
I want to know BB's definition of 'rare'. Pavilions, rabbits, and chopping blocks are not rare - nor are they buildings; they are decorations. The description is false and misleading.

I got three. One Pirate Residence and two Frozen manors. Not bad for balls I wont't have a use for.
6/20 for manors and about 3 pirate residences rest is deco. I was pleased.
2/20 on FM. Balls were worth about 20k more then the items i got at the time. And do does the luck of the draw fall.
