Cannot log on.

I've done the "clear cookies, cache, flash player and all of that. Re logged on. Tried both Google Chrome, Explorer and Firefox. Tried everything they have told me. I was kicked off the 22nd, and every time I have tried to log on it just stays on "Loading Map". I have contacted them several times and the response is "We don't know what the problem is."

That is our support.

I have the same issue. Cant log in all day long. Did all the resets, use Firefox and still get stuck at the 'Loading map" screen. Sent message to BB and Submitted ticket to support. Someone owes me something for this mess. All my fields and mines prob all depleted. Geez

i dont know what the issue is or if this will help, i use maxthon browser instead. seems to have fewer issues than others when it comes to this game.

I have tried for over a hour, cannot log in

And Again, cant log on since late yesterday. I was able to log on ok for the better part of monday but then it happened again. People come on. What is the issue here.
I spend good money on this game. Please help, fix it once and for all.

Same thing for me. Yesterday it magically started working again after 5 days. As I was getting off it last night it stated something like the "Plug in" was not being allowed. Tried again today and not working. Reinstalled adobe flash and still not working. Very frustrating.

all day I can't log in. loading map for ever.

I don't get how just a few of us can't log on, then can, can't log on, then can. The few times I have been able to get on I ask others and they state they have no problems. Weird

yeah and support emails me asking if i tried using a diff browser or diff computer. Why should I, nothing has changed on my end. No new installs or equipment. I don't get it. I've been able to log on one time since Sunday. I use Firefox but i did try Chrome and still same thing. Cleared the cache and cookies like they suggested.

I am sorry that you're experiencing a loading issue.

As it turns out, this is happening to multiple accounts and is not isolated. All the details needed have been forwarded by the support team to the development team, so it can be looked into. There is no ETA, but it will be worked on and resolved as soon as possible.

Could someone please clear Zeus server cache again? I'm stuck at 'Loading map' since this morning...sigh...
