It has become the 'norm' for maintenance outages to run over, worse yet, no feedback from BB when it will be finished. Over an hour late and not a peep!

This is getting ridiculous that it is so late all the time any more. Give us one maintenance on time that doesnt require successive maintenances to get it right.
