Ghost in the Quest Book

The Quest Book keeps opening for no reason.

When I click to close it, I lose connectivity, when or if the server recovers, the Quest Book Opens again.

In some instances the game will recover from the loop, in most instances I have to refresh the client.

The Quest Book is opening about every 3 minutes.

Another player confirmed in Help tab that they are experiencing a similar malfunction.

I have not had this exact problem, but my quest book opens every time I start my game, whether I want it to or not (I don't).
