Level Up

I recently acquired the required xp to level up from level 43 to level 44. I now have over 754,000 xp and still have not seen my level change. I also should have received 500 gold coins, 200 gems and the ability to build a carpenter. I ultimately was able to build a carpenter but did not receive the gold coins or gems and my level did not change. Why might this be and can it be resolved? Thank you for your time :)

Did you try refreshing your browser, Kronos? :)
Also, check your mail for the loot?
If all else fails, send in a support ticket.
