Some parts of the game are fun (more or less depends on who is playing). There are, however some aspects of the game that are chores. Buffing was one of them as within guild people would like to have their production buffed as often as possible for obvious reasons. The new Irma's changed the chore completely. Thanks BB.
This is a good direction BB. The marble depo is an excellent way to use all those useless collectibles. Another great idea. There are still quite few things in game that can be polished and some of them don't actually need so much work. This game is free we don't need to stay online for hours doing chores. Keep polishing up your product BB, cutting time of chores, offering some more, well thought goodies. Guild quest re-balancing will also be very welcome adjustment and I am sure it doesn't take as much time to develop as other features in game.
The combat balancing burned a lot of bridges and a lot of trust currency players had for you. Got to take time to bring some stability back into game and wipe the bad taste of some changes. You know what players want/like. There is always a middle ground to be found between our wishes and what you can do to make us happy. Next two things I would focus on would be re-balancing quid quests and solving the epic weapons shortage which present a huge challenge to players 32+

I too love the improved Irmas, as well as the new barracks. That one was sorely sorely needed.
I've also noticed the difficulty of reading the number on the imp irmas, so much so I've given up my old habit of using partial stacks first. Now I just use whatever I grab out of the star to keep me from trying to figure out which number is actually showing.
