It is Bunny Haven, it is located at the East-pole where the sun is always risen. As you know you can not get there from here. you have to go to somewheres else first.
It is the Easter Bunny's Alchemist Lab. Here many eggs are examined and sent to be painted in the Easter Egg Coloring Hall, but the special ones are removed and processed yielding golden eggs that can be melted down and converted into coin or traded as is.

OK. I think it's an Easter Egg workshop that produces Easter Egg resources...OR....maybe it's an Easter Fun House of Horrors where you send armies in through to another dimension and you have to find your way out or it swallows up your settlers.

In all seriousness, it is likely a building for decorational purposes, to sit as did the Golem & the Christmas Tree sat, during those Holiday events.. in all likelyhood, since it is pictured to be sitting on an island.. not the same island to be sure... but an island nonetheless..
Then there is also the possibility, of it being like the Provision Houses, as well.. an having the ability to produce buffs/items for the Easter Holiday, as well.. though I did find some.. other suggestions hilarious..
