Can I use my old Easter eggs?
Two shop categories will provide the chance to grab special items for old & Stripy Easter eggs.
This year will be the last chance to spent old (dotted) Easter eggs!
So glad I didn't hoard to many then!

sad that they are removing the standard of being able to save eggs from year to year -- sometimes your level is too low to use your eggs - but by the next round you can use them and add on... not nice to remove this feature from this year on.
So it says the limit wont be increased for limited items, does this mean if I bought x5 Watermills last year, I will be able to buy only 5 more this year, or 0 more?
so no 3rd MMA huh? bummer! but like the no-carry over event items, about time. let the gougers and hoarders suffer!!! now all you need is to spoil all those pumpkins and unwrap the presents and wait for the crying to start!!!
will explorers bring new eggs from the various length searches? if so, what are the chances?
That's super that every event has had a consistent event item that works from year to year for 3+ years and now it's not so. My 5k Eggs will probably buy 300 of those raving rabbid statues or something. Fairness would be to tell us this year that they won't work next year; not to tell us this year that last years eggs have suddenly spoiled. But, oh well.

The new achievement building use is confusing to me. At the top it is for settlers, farther down it is for settlers resources. So, which is it; a residence or a storehouse?
When r we getting some more Vet gens or a MMA at an event. 2013 Xmas we had a vet and explorers. Easter 2014 we had the MMA and some Lucky explorers. We have people who play this game who are not wealthy, who are disabled, or old or even lonely and this game is all they have, so why all of a sudden are we forcing people to credit card this game when they dont have money to purchase the vet gens and MMA.
I agree, it is messed up. I am very disappointed with BB- Instead of thinking- o wow some players have tons of event items they are HOARDing because we dont put anything useful in event shop- O maybe we should put something useful that people will spend all their event items on- But its more like- lets get rid of this item that has been here for 3 years because we cant come up with an item(s) to put in event shop to make people spend mass amounts of event items on them (which would increase gem sales). It is really aggravating, part of my game and many others is to HOARD and prepare for the future, and now we are all getting screwed. Just when you thought this game hit an all time low, it just keeps getting lower.Quote:

I'm not sure I like not being able to carry over event resources or not. Unlike last year, I'll have more than enough, so at least obtaining them won't be a struggle. But the selling price of the excess will drop through the floor. Perhaps that isn't such a bad thing since people were pricing them so absurdly last year, though, but then again it means everybody should be able to get everything, new and veteran alike.
Last year's lineup of items was awesome. MMA/veteran were a complete game changer. I'll reserve my judgment for now, but I'm picturing a big nerf to the rewards. Halloween was pretty meh, and Christmas was saved only by the new Irma, which is awesome.
Oh Yeah ain't It TH, I have never seen this game lose so much of it's ~~GIVING POWER~~ as I have seen in the last several months. A Christmas event with not one general offered up or a explorer. In the past xmas events, Easter events, we have always had a gen of some sort and a explorer. 2013 u could purchase gift boxes (GEM ITEMS) filled with either Frozen Manors, New Improved Storehouses. Pirates Residences, Witch Towers,Rabbits and xmas trees, what happened this last Christmas event.And please remember that CHRISTmas and EASTER are about the GOOD LORD who gave in an abundance. Those of us that have eggs left over from past events, they really are now useless.. What's happening with this game, I have spent well over Australian 1k of my own money purchasing up gems,(Even when the Australian dollar has not fared well against the US green back) for a game that is suppose to be free, well, it used to be. C',Mon here, that's so unfair. And it's common knowledge that as a individual that has also purchased gems with my own reality money, I have also helped fellow guildies who where not so financial as I was. Heck I have helped a lot to improve the quality of their game. Please rethink your actions here about this Easter event. And how about giving back to the game a general of some sort at these advents and a explorer, I'm sure the new members who join and are not financial will appreciate just hanging out for advents, just to try and retrieve one.Quote:

Also looks like the Legendary Vet has the same garrison as a tavern gen. Will the Legendary Vet have a new garrison when the Easter Event goes live? This new general is very underwhelming and should not be called a Veteran.
We all know a vet gen holds 250 peeps, and at its costing compared to last years VET and MMA it is well over priced. The gem package for eggs, that's so over priced for the amount u get. U used to get 300 eggs. What happened, did they change chocolate and wrapping companies. Geezz... UBISOFT many of us have used our CC. C''Mon be fair to the lower lvls.. After all it is many of us lvl 50's that have to help them out.
Ick. I hope there are some surprises yet to be revealed because I'm not seeing anything redeeming about the shop items. I like the floaters. That's about it.
The description says the Legendary Veteran does "a lot of damage", but the stats are 25-50. Is the description wrong or the damage? Or is 50 a lot?

Move building works on the Easter 2015 Residence at level 1, but not at level 2.
The 'produce at least 50 settlers' event quest under the 'we need friends' does not count settlers produced in the provision house (retired bandits etc).
Should probably mention somewhere that the easter event doesn't start until level 16.
The purchase of shotfirer and demolition crew from the merchant should be locked until level 24 when the shotfirer quest is given.

Legendary Veteran = Legendary Fail from what i see. It will be the least useful general in the whole game and with that price tag? This is the second time I have seen the name "Legendary Veteran General" but he has sure changed from the original that was to be bought with 30k star coins that we never got. At least originally he was supposed to be a veteran (carry 250 units) but now he's just a joke. Looks like Easter event has just gone from the best event to the worst in my opinion since i'm being penalized for my participation in last years event and already have everything it had to offer. Also I didn't hoard eggs from last year so I won't be able to help lower levels out either, this is just sad.

Yea we know what was on offer. I joined in May of 2012. Seen every event. Purchased most of it. But this years easter advent is over priced and the Legendary VET only holds 200 peeps. There is a 500 transporter Gen just like the quartermaster Gen that holds 1k that we as lvl 50's have to purchase with 20k beans that we kill most of our resources to get. Had I of known this, I would have not bothered purchasing the Quartermaster Gen and purchased the new one with with this years eggs and waited till it went to gem shop after the advent and purchased the second. Instead of wasting hours in this game trying to kill FT advents to get a quartermaster Gen. 2013 Christmas we got gifted boxes we could purchase with gems, Frozen manors, pirate residences, witch towers, new improved storehouses, xmas trees, rabbits. THE BEST CHRISTMAS EVENT I had ever seen which probably generated a huge income for UBISOFT cause many purchased the GEM sales to get the gifted boxes. I do not know what has happened or who is running this game now, but in the past several months there has been a HUGE decline in the giving power with the Christmas and now easter advent. What has happened to the explorers they used to offer up. I have spent well over 1k of my own money purchasing gems. Even at a time when the Australian dollar isn't faring well against the US green back. I doubt very much that I will be putting my Credit Card on this game this easter.
