Easter quest not completing

Easter quest, Natural Efforts, requires making 3000 fish food, refilling fish deposit with 3000 fish food,
making 3000 musk deer fragrance, refilling meat deposit with 3000 musk deer fragrance.
I made the fragrance and added it to the meat deposit, but neither task is registering on the quest window.
I'm stuck now, can' go any further. Is anyone else having this problem?

I know the buffs made in the rarity do not count, you have to use the good old fashion provisions house.
