Error found in this zone - server crash
At apx 6 p.m. EST on 3/27/2015, I purchased and activated premium (7 days). At 3 a.m. on 3/28/2015 My screen froze and I received an error message of "Error found in this zone, please try again later - Server Zone Crash". I sent a ticket to support (of course) and received a confirming email that BB received same. However, there is no "mass" notification on the home page that there is a problem. After all if a Zone Server crashed it has to be effecting more people then just me. I have now lost apx 20 hours of play time. Thats 4-6 HB/WOTS adv for which I have already lost that's a minimum of 540 eggs I am out do to this issue. I would really like to know if this is a wide spread issue or if there is something wrong with my computer. I would also like to know what is being done to correct this issue and an ETA for when it will be fixed. Further, I would like to know if I am going to receive the eggs I'm out (not their token gesture of 50 or 100 eggs). Depending on how long this last I am going to lose HUNDREDS of eggs. And I want my premium time refunded. I used 9 hours - and have now lost almost 20 hours of time I paid real money for. Can someone please post if they are also having this issue so I know if I need tech support for my computer or if BB needs to take immediate, major action!
