Can't Log In

Ms. Blue my guild leader's acct has been deleted. She can't log bk into it. She's lvl 41. She's tried to log in to her acct w/ Ubisoft when she puts in her email address & password all it says is please wait. If you can help her it would be helpful for all of us in this guild

I have been suffering from the can't log on problem since about 3/10. I can only get on about 2 times a week after many trys each day.
