I've thoroughly inspected the island, and I cannot find one of the Handcarts anywhere on it. I even zoomed in as far as I could to see closely. I can't beat the map without this. Help!

I found it through tedium. The titanium ore reward doesn't really feel worth it. Bastille was alright though.
