restarted my computer, got a popup saying flash needed updating, updated flash, still no joy (thanks for the life line babysgirl :P )

I am getting the load zone error been going on ever since i crashed while in the que to log in after the unexpected maint earlier. The usual things are not clearing it. tried 2 browsers cleared cache rebooted the machine stood on my head for 5 min :) nothing is working. Need some help please BB
