Disappearing CHAT

Chat has been dsappearing for several days I have a screen shot of my news attached

I can't read the timestamps on your screenshot, but I guess this happened earlier today.
We were conducting a short chat maintenance and we had to restart the chat several times.
Please let us know if your issue persists.

Chat has been blank - and no news tab since this morning at 8am.... logged out and back in - no change...

I am having the same problem it keeps cycling on and off also cant open gem merchant
