When I click on the Combat Preview and on an enemy camp it says Complete Victory, and if I click on the same camp again it says Acceptable Losses. Sometime after it says complete victory (no more than 20% loss) I will lose more than 20% of the unit. So the combat preview is inconsistent, it changes each time I click on the same camp with the same unit. Has anyone else noticed this?
I'm not sure how they calculate with that Preview, but it's within margin, it's totally possible that it could swing out on another Preview due to calculations.
You should, however, use a probper combat sim for that, which will give you losses and stuff in details and not just some way off prediction. The best part about Combat Preview is...checking if somebody intercepts you, nothing more.
