Achievements for conquering a regular pvp island not received !

I conquered two regular islands in PVP , in less than one our and I did not receive the achievements for conquering the regular island and for doing it in less the one hour !
First I tried a regular island w/o an owner.
Second time I did it to an owend island.
Anybody else has a similar issue?
BB any idea why this is happening ?

I had the same issue and submitted a ticket. They replied and said it was a "known issue," but no additional info (i.e., when will it be fixed, etc.)
