Keyboard Shortcuts still not re-activated
This item was originally addressed in December, 2014 in Zero Key Not Working. The matter appeared to be temporary while some sort of 'fix' was performed.
The items that were disabled (and I would like to see reactivated) are as follows:- 0 Key - (Zero) Set view to center of the map and set the horizontal magnification to fit on the screen. This is really nice as it puts you at the default zoom and provides a consistent view from map to map.
- 1-9 Keys - On adventure maps these keys would place you in the relative sector (much as is done when on home island and visiting a friend's island). Currently only the 1 key operates. This is useful to move from place to place without using the mouse and dragging the map around.
- Zoom Adjustment - Prior to the 'fix', each area visited by a player had its own zoom, e.g. My island might be in close-up zoom looking for collectables while my friends zoom is expanded so I can see the entire isle in order to buff and the adventure view was normal where it is easier and more reliable to control generals - and all zooms retained their own setting so upon returning, the game was back on the appropriate view. After the 'fix' all zooms are the same. Please return to this format.
I am hoping that this item is addressed and the various key shortcuts are returned to their original assignments.
