After most of the bread chain including silo's were implemented as level 6 many high level islands now have a severe water shortage. I propose that the Watermills are at least one of the structures to next make it to level 6. Who's with me?

they want us to buy watermills with gems, so doubt it will happen. They did it with silos cause they had to do it ,think its different with watermills

I would say level all of the "buy with gems buildings" to 6. this would encourage buyers of those buildings to do so... recyclers, deer stalkers, water mills, gold towers, etc...
