Unable to complete Side quest.

I submitted two tickets for this problem and in both cases I received no response from anyone. I did receive confirmation emails for both, but that is where communication stopped. Does anyone actually work on these problems? :confused:

I have come across a quest that I have completed multiple times, but am
not getting credit for:

Main Quest name: "The militia" which requires that I 'Defeat an enemy camp
with 50 or more militia.'

I have not only used 50+ militia to defeat camps, but defeated camps holding
more than 50 militia:

This ss shows such a battle result. The quest remains on my book like I had
never done it. This is not the first time I had completed it, it just fails
to record it.
