tree and bush removal

Well, we have the crews to blow up rocks and mountains, now take it one further and let's get some lumberjacks to remove trees and bushes around the island to allow for more space. It should be done like the mountains, you have a limited amount of jacks to remove trees and bushes which the player has to decide which ones to be removed for maximum amount of space. This would only affect the "scenic" ones and not the pines or hardwood that are always being cut down and replaced by the AI.
