Improved watermill.

Hmmm..... OK, the house has wheels attached to the sides, making it a carriage house, plus all the random wheels scattered around..... so one building that makes both wheels & carriages? Either that, or a level 6 wheel maker. But you're calling it a "new" building, so is it? Hmmmm...... they're making Porsche steering wheels!!!!

would be cool if it was something actually "NEW" and not just an upgrade.

Upgrades are okay. But new content would be better.

Looks like a Level 6 Carriage maker to me...sigh, wish it were something really new.
