Level 6 Wheelmaker?
Even though we already have carriages...it looks like a wainwright.
It is a metal hoop maker building for the outer covering of the wagon wheel.
chariot maker - to make charioteers
it's going to be a Short Bus production building........
Chances are its a new look for a new building level upgrade.
All the new level 6 buildings seem to have a similar color scheme. "green" roofs.
Unfortunately I can't rule out the possibility of a new building that has absolutely no purpose other than showcasing how much time you've sinked into a certain aspect of the game...I'm talking to you, Watercastle.

Hmmm..... OK, the house has wheels attached to the sides, making it a carriage house, plus all the random wheels scattered around..... so one building that makes both wheels & carriages? Either that, or a level 6 wheel maker. But you're calling it a "new" building, so is it? Hmmmm...... they're making Porsche steering wheels!!!!

Upgrades are okay. But new content would be better.

Well I was hoping the first one made food carts and the second one made banners since I am always out of them
The second one makes rainbow snow buffs out of various combinations/quantities of regular buffs. I can dream, right? Besides, if it's a cloth maker, we're gonna need sheep or cotton fields or something to supply it with materials.

Ahem.
1st one now makes war chariots.
2nd makes some fancy horse dress.
New Lancer first strike unit I'm waiting :P

At first I'm thinking these are graphics changes to upgrade lvl 6 buildings but I might be wrong. This looks like a new content building.
The 2nd one makes carpets. Flying carpets to get generals to adventures quicker.
A balloon maker! lol
Expedition or Adventure tent & banner maker.
Building 1 could be a granite production building
Building 2 a tailor for the settlers so they can travel to to find more land for the Mayor. to show case her excellent buildings. Hah!
I'm going to assume these 2 buildings go together somehow. I have no idea how though.

Unless there are some new buffs planned. Say a buff to improve your provision houses or expedition building buffs (or maybe a 6hr x4 buff?) We could use more of these.
Maybe there's finally gonna be a new island available for the 50+ club, and the second one is a sail maker? (wishful thinking for way into the future)
