Ok, this quest has been stuck in my quest book for over two years. Can't complete the main quest "Ranged Units" because the subquest "Other Islands" hasn't opened yet. I saw a post from BB_Misty in 2013 saying the devs were aware and were working on fixing it, along with others, lol. Any chance you guys have it figured out yet :D
