Kind of meh for a level 71 building. Not seeing a reason to go past 62 unless something more is added.

agreed at level 71..... only 100 pop? it should be 200 to at least set some excitement for it. keep in mind its still a licensed required building.

It is tradeable so I assume there will be a way to get it in deed form.

not the Frozen Manor, the new one. in the build menu. looks like it's just a newer noble, look for it in the "limited" shop coming soon

In deed form, it may become somewhat compelling depending on how it compares to witch towers.

It looks somehow poor, for 30 extra people in one I would not ruin the design of my island. Maybe hide them in some corners, because they don't fit with the rest...Definitely I will not run to level 71 just to have them.
