wow, mindless drones following the masters willingly, the makers of this game sure do have socialism down to a science, probably even their own form of a national version of it.
be lucky if we even get on the game and from what they r saying they r only giving the premium people something and not the ones not on premium. how is that actually being fair for everyone and they said to send a ticket into support for daily log in they may as well give everyone from the Ares server their daily login but sure that wont happen lol
the thing is what r they gonna do for the non premium people
I want them to also extend the buff times as well. Since we can't get in to turn shyt off!

ya Fyrione - i left everything running - but i at least i only had normal mines running. sadly exo and i think gold was running too. this is pretty crazy - logged in today to read they're 'still working on it' - and ya i've missed the daily log in too :(

you'll need to send in a support ticket to get yo0ur 100 gems, if, theydon't decide to gift everyone anyway....that was before they were down more than 24 hrs. at this point they may send everyone gems to compensate, and they won't have so many support tickets...cuz they're gonna get a lot of those when special mines were destroyed thanks to this wait

I'll definitely have to send in a ticket for my 16 industrial iron mines and 8 industrial gold mines that all collapsed yesterday during this maintenance. If only i'd have known i'd never have left them all running with just 100 ore left in each. :) This has been a pretty boring wait. I have learned a few helpful tips from Zeus and UK but it's time to play now :) Hope they get this up and running soon.
Ares should not have to send ticket. That not only messed up the 7 day for gems but the play for year straight too. Mines will all be dead no buffs for days :((
and no time when we can play again. I see the other servers are up why just Ares down ??

BBs, maybe it is time to roll back Ares to Monday night. Start testing the upgrade somewhere safe, not on live servers. The upgrade is not worth much at this moment.

I wouldn't mind that it's down so much if there was an accurate "up time". When it gets close to that "up time", if they were responsible and customer friendly, they would extend it if they thought it would take more time, rather than leaving us in the dark. Based on what German BB's shared, they are undergoing a "database purge" (google it if you care), and the database scripts are apparently "always hard to predict, how long it will take to run". For the same reason, German XXL update was postponed and will not be added until they perform optimization (purge) on all databases (that's 14 servers in Germany) to avoid exactly what is happening here...
The other thing is there is no more communication since the 3:30 AM news post on the main page - guess Endesmor is still sleeping :)
