Ok, since the update, two issues I have noticed thus far:
- It appears that some of the Landing zones for generals in Sector One have been changed, I can't land/position all my generals as before.
- Regardless of available space on my home island OR on adventures, the Quartermaster General does not land and the game issues the notice that there were not enough LZ's, even though there is. In adventures, you do not even get the message, he just stays in never-land.

My QM does not land on adventures or on my home island. I have to click the QM from the star and send to the desired spot. Also my generals can't land on many old spots before the maintenance .
mine went away from the QM for 30 minutes. then decided to go back to the QM. then I unloaded the QM and the troops are back on my Island count.
The QM's are not landing on adventures or some of the old spots on the Island like before. I guess BB is fixing it now ???

Perhaps I placed the original in the wrong place; placing issue here, appears similar, except my troops got dropped to the island/adv within 30 seconds in each case.

I wish we could load our generals from the star and not worry about landing them any where wasting space that would be the best upgrade ever
My troops are still missing. In any other circumstances it would not be a problem, but now I'm upgrading the barracks at lvl 6 and I really need the cannons... *sighs*
And, to clarify things, I'm not asking compensation (as the support team said). I just want my troops back...
They are not landing on the island at all. I dont mind that as i stated in the other topic i seen somewhere on this board i wish they would just not have any general land on the island but this is a bug.
Ok so when they go to a adventure they do not land there either.
Not only that i went to load troops in it to send them home and the general went home but the troops did not go home wiht it now im waiting 2 hours for them troops.
With every thing going on i know there will be things like this so just passing it on,
But while there at it if they can just go ahead them all in the star and load from there then perfect just saying :)
For now pass this bug on not a fan of troops coming home not in my generals :)
Hmm, my troops came home just fine in my Quartermaster.
Well it just did it to me again only it took some back not all weird
Using anything but QM is fine though? I'm finally awake and can actually play, might as well avoid the problems I read here lol
Since the new large update it now seem that Quartermaster General aren't landing like they use too on home island OR adventure (it's probably the same for pvp supplier generals)
Ok first thing I don't have free space on my island for over a year like many players yes there is free space with the Island Extension but let's get back to the main reason of this post.
I got used like many many players that Quartermaster General would always land on 2 locations on the home island for what over a year now.
Here are the 2 spots in question..

There is actually no use for those 2 locations other then placing small decorations like flowerbed.
So having QM returning to home island and landing on those 2 spots with all the troop already assign was great when you try to run the same adventure a couples times back to back. You only had to re-add the lose troop like R B etc.. and then send them back to adventure.
I do have to agree that having the QM automatically unload troop on adventure is nice since they cannot land but having them not landing on those 2 parking spots make no sense doesn't change a thing for home island since you cannot build anything useful there.
I would and a lot of other players that I have talked would still like to have the QM land correctly on home island.
Those 2 spots where perfectly created parking spot for Quartermaster and they should return has parking spot for them!

Has per support it seem we all have been getting familiar with a bug with the QM's.. that was a wonderful bug that I would like back for home island.

they know about the issue with the QM let's hope someday we can just load them out of our star or all generals go into a building we load from there the amount of space generals take shouldn't be on the island and all over it plain and simple.
We all have to place them down.
Let's get rid of the whole darn thing them landing anyhow.
You cannot manually place them there.
They used to go there on their own for over a year with all the troop still loaded Like the general landing in zone 1.
I know of a couples of players that used to use those 2 spots too.
Would love to have BB re-enable those 2 parking spot for the QM on home island.
Quartermasters do not land at all, anywhere. It is not just those two spots.

What did you do with the QM general BB? Can't land on adventures anymore (even though he was landing fine before) and when he returns to island again not enough room for him to land. I used to have him on the far edge of the island and he was always returning to his place after every advie. Now, he can't find his place back.
I would really like some solution to this general mess. We got tons of generals foobared all over and now since the QM (advie and pvp) are much bigger it compiles to the problem. And yes we are getting more room fine, so make the QM's come back to the same place as they were stationed every time like they used to! Why this was changed and now the QM's don't "have enough room to land"...

So the quartermaster is not supposed to land just unload troops? I Love this for traveling to an adventure. Not so much for coming back from one. Maybe update the change log again to where it says "Changes or Improvements" ... because the "and" implies that it is both. :p

Yes, auto-unloading is great for adventures and for Home Island as well; but for the home island it is ridiculous for the general to stay in the Star Menu. Ultimately he has to be 'parked' somewhere to reload him prior to the next adventure.
If there were a mechanism in place to load the QM (and possibly all generals) without having them landed, then this 'feature' would actually make sense.
Though BB has made some great improvements to this game (TSO) in recent times, there are these moments where the 'update' or 'feature' makes little sense, almost as if there is nobody who actually plays the game is helping design it. Do any BB designers/programmers actually play the game in earnest? Just curious.
They must not because where they landed was great locations. I do use the expanded island to place my quartermaster but eventually it will have building and no space for quartermaster. Handle Yo Business TSO and fix this inconvenience.
We can put it like this.
The sole purpose of the quartermaster is to transport troops. To load troops the quartermaster must do only one thing, be placed on the island. Not letting him land is in contradiction to his only reason for existing.
So why would you make him not land and let all the others? If you could place him in the spots he landed before it would be an annoyance, but livable. But with people like bashing who posted a picture earlier and islands are fully developed. They have to tear down buildings that they have invested a lot of resources in. The new expansion islands are great, but if you do not have 10,000 beans laying around you are stuck with still having to remove buildings.

So..The QM was landing on my home island in spots that I could not place him from star. I guess I have to tear out some stuff on home island, or make a spot somewhere else? How about we forgo the silliness of loading and unloading, and just allow us to directly transfer troops to an adventure. Make the amount equal to the carrying capacity of the gens we own.
It's not a bug ... it's a feature!
Come on guys, the only way this makes sense is if you could LOAD the QM in the star. Otherwise, he has to land.

I am not trying to be ornery, but I have already had to clear my home landing zone to make room. The problem is, if my other gens land first, I will have no spot for the QM's. This is BB basically saying, we screwed something up and don't know how to fix it. Again, see my suggestion above, allow us to directly transfer troops to an adventure. Make the amount equal to the carrying capacity of the gens we own.
Bashing's screenshot on page two is a good example.
The generals landed there on their own. It would not be such a big deal with them not landing, but you cannot place them in those spots or other spots where they use to land from the star menu. Meaning he will have to demolish 4 buildings to be able to load one quartermaster.

Quick fix. Clear new expansion island and you will be able to place. :)
I want all my generals to go to the star menu and automatically unload (and be loadable from the star).
