Main Quest - Safety Measures

I received the new Main Quest "Safety Measures" after clearing my archipelago. The last task in this quest requires me to defeat 2 Fearsome Bandit Camps. Since I have no bandit camps left to defeat, will I be stuck with this quest forever? Or will I be able to complete this quest by doing an Ali Baba adventure?
