I buff the correct number of friends with the correct buffs (5 sandwiches and 1 basket) and it never registers in my quest that I completed it. The same thing is happening when I sell exotic wood for my daily quest. I get the notification that the sale went through but the quest remains incomplete.
Several of my guild members are experiencing the same guild quest issue with the buffs as well.
Same issue for me.
It seems this issue also applies to daily quests as well. And not only for buffing but for those that ask to donate resources or buy/sell resources. Have heard a lot of complaints in Help today.
A number of us in LoAR have had these issues off and on for a couple of months now. I don't know if a ticket was ever submitted, but I suspect so. For the record, my application of a deposit for a GQ did apply correctly about a half-hour ago.
same for me, daily quest " buff at least 3 of your friends' buildings" can not be completed.
