this is not the first time an e-mail with a link or code has been sent out and I never got it. and before the "it was only sent out to inactives" many players that are active have gotten it, even different lvls. I'd like it to be at least sent to all players and not just a select few

first you need to allow to receive newsletter, but seems there are more criteria to get them.....not fair

i'm sure they sent it out already so its probably too late. like when they give out free samples on holidays to activate players but when you reactivate and join that same day you get nothing because it was already sent out.Quote:

i got a voucher code in my personal e-mail on 10/9, worked great!! was a nice bit of loot, even a new x5 buff, although short time, perfect for a pumpkin patch....
but i also play on Ares server....different game, different email. And I got the same personal email there too.....and it tells me the voucher code is "invalid" when i try to use it....
Doesn't say it is "expired" or "already redeemed".....just, invalid

also a strange amount of granite, 101 i think??? plus other high-end stuff, probably titan ore and maybe ewood or salt, also in the 101 quantity
there was the 2 buffs, plus 3 other things....pretty sure it was 101 of each, just don't remember what they were ;)
Good idea about the pumpkin patches. I've been wondering what to do with these buffs.
There was also 101 granite, titanium ore, and exotic wood logs.
We're not getting much anyway, so...
I bought gems and they rewarded that by sending 1 Irma basket to my email, does that count :(
lol! Yeah, got one of them once when I did not log in for a few days... like if I was considering leaving, an Irma Basket would cinch the deal. lol Even War Commander keeps sending me 'Come back please - your troops need you' mail with gold coin... (WC version of gems)...Quote:
