There is a known issue of players being locked out of various FT adventures (I have first-hand experience, having had it happen twice on the same adventure in less than 24 hours) and nothing is being done to resolve it. The MODs will tell you that it is a known issue, the devs are working on it, and instruct you to submit a Support ticket, which will generate a canned computer response.
Several hours later, depending on when the BB folks decide to show up, the lock will be released. YAY! Let's get back to playing this adventure...and then BANG-O!...server zone error again. And the entire useless cycle begins anew...MOD repeats the "known issue" script and tells you that you have to submit another support ticket which will generate another canned response.
Okay, it has been communicated that it's a known issue and the devs are working on it. So, why in the world are these adventures still live on the servers? Why haven't they been pulled until the issue is resolved? The zone errors are frequent enough and have been reported repeatedly in the in-game chats but clearly someone has made the decision to let us (the customers) pay our money for gems/premium time and take our chances. That's not exactly a sound business practice considering consumers do have recourse outside of any game to lodge complaints and to inform their friends/fellow gamers of their experiences with various games and "known issues" that are allowed to remain unresolved. There really is no good reason that this should have to happen, though...either fix the "known issue" or pull the adventure. Simple solution, or is it too simple?
It happens in any adventure. Not just the fairytales.
Unfortunately it falls to the MODS to deal with these technical issues - problems over which they have absolutely no control. Only a concerted effort by the playing community can motivate management to deal with issues such as this. The DEVs do what they are told to do by Customer Service. The hard part is communicating with management. The only way they will grasp the seriousness of the issue, and invest in a permanent solution, is when people stop spending money (buying gems in this case).
7pm eastern. I was half way through a VLT with both loot spots swapped. Moving generals to Sector 4, I get " ZONE CRASH error. then talked to MOD_Manatee.
I then sent in a ticket and I'm now having to wait. I was asked to not sign into the game till I get an email that is been fixed etc. I am running on Premium time and the two players have to wait on this as well. Really disappointing .

I have the same problem. The map doesn't seem to finish loading then I get the Server Zone Crashed message. I only get limited playing time and it's frustrating. I've put in a ticket.

I have a lot of money invested and time time time invested on here. I can't say this enough. Fix the server and all the Zone crashes. My game went down at 7pm eastern and a ticket was sent. please fix !
Anyone who feels like being an angel... drop some buffs on my pumpkins sector 6!! I will be forever grateful... or at least for the next few weeks!!
This is sad to hear of the problems players have. I understand that most games have problems however it would be nice to see them fix the issues we have before adding any new content the game. These Bugs we have are costing us good strong players. It is ripping a part not only my guild but others also We Ducks are like family and it will make me very sad to see a member go because of game issues.

UPDATE...2 days later, we finally have the nerve to try another HLT, and sure enough, 7 camps into it and Server Zone Error. Why has this not been resolved? Better still, why are these adventures STILL on the servers when they are clearly broken? Which part of "simple solution" are you having the most difficulty comprehending?
Support ticket submitted, not that I expect much at this point.
UNACCEPTABLE!!! If your DEV's cannot fix this problem, hire a "gunslinger" to come in and debug it. There is no excuse for this kind of incompetence. This has been a known problem for some time, but became more prevalent after the implementation of the Archipelegos and the Halloween event. I have lost the better part of 5 days of Premium time due to this "Zone Error". Not to mention lost opportunity to garner resources because troops and Generals are imprisoned on the FT adventure island. I have yet to receive a response to my previous tickets about this issue, other than the computer-generated "thank you for submitting the problem".
Server Zone Errors were not corrected with most recent maintenance, and have continued unabated. Any suggestions, BB, on how the paying customers are supposed to deal with known issues that are not being resolved?
The last maintenance included: •Improvements to reduce the frequency of locked zones (N.B. the use of "reduce the frequency of" rather than "eliminate").
I was hit with a "Server Zone crashed" error today while moving a gen on my BK adv. The usual recommended "fixes" (logout/login, clear browser/flash caches, use a different browser, stand on head & click heels 3 times) did not solve the problem, of course.
So my Sunday plan to grind adventures and swap loot spots for pumpkins is shot. Not to mention this is a colossal waste of my premium time. I submitted a support ticket, but hey it's Sunday so I guess good luck with that, eh?
At what point does this "Server Zone crashed" error become a known issue that BB actively invests the effort to resolve?
I just got the SERVER ZONE CRASHED problem. I guess I will just wait in line to get it fixed behind the rest of you.
Three hours later and the problem has not corrected itself through the normal server reset. But at least I got a response to my support ticket: "Due to the high amount of incoming tickets, the response to your ticket will be slightly delayed."

P.S. Four hours after that I can finally reach my BK adv. So the frozen zone will eventually thaw if you wait long enough. But the gen I tried to move? Frozen. Unusable. In a spot I needed to set up a block (wow, guess I have to figure something out on my own instead of using a guide!)
They did unlock my zone and I am able to complete the adventure now. However I still have one Vet that is locked and unusable as well I was making an attack at the time that required me to recall after successful attack, but due to locking I was unable to do that and ended up losing about 200 cavs.
O Joy - an error was detected in zone! Server crash. Almost finished with Nords, too :(
When, i have sent in 2, for a valiant little tailor i can not access, and i can not cancel and i have another player stuck in it, who also had the very same problem last week with this adventure, i'll kindly remind you that i have credit carded this game on many occasions and at the moment i'm on premium time and can not get to use it.
Reading this thread and having a guildie who has had their primary ls 'locked' for over a month makes me reconsider my problems... Perhaps being robbed of collectibles in the event is not so bad a thing - it could be worse. :(
It has been posited that generals attempting to land or move to spots already occupied by other generals or buildings may be the cause of some of these zone errors. That makes a bit of sense when talking about an adventure. My home zone is locked the same way now, and has been so for nearly 24 hours now. When I logged off last I had just finished an FT so I had all my generals traveling back to the home zone. Now that Generals seem to land all over the place, wherever they can find a place, im wondering if one of them tried to land on a depleted well or something like that. However it happened, I wish they would get this figured out. Guildies have had adventure zones locked fairly regularly here recently and now not only can I not log in to do anything with my island, but no one on my friend's list can load my home island without getting the same Server zone error and having to relog.
my island was Locked down from a Zone error for 50 Hours till it was fixed. If you want players to stay and play this game then fix or replace to servers. This is going on way tooooo long !
After many hours of adventure zone locked, it finally let me back in to find this overlapping garrison for a gen that was not on the island.

This is the 3rd time it has happen to me in under 2 weeks. Send a email to support and a private message to BB but nothing. We are losing out time on our premium, adv and we are just stuck doing nothing
Hi,
I was invited to a Betrayed Little Tailor yesterday but when i tried to visit the adv today, I got kicked out and got a server zone error. One of my MMAs is now stuck in this adv also. That is not the first time we get this kind of error. Last time, we did not hear back from the support team. Can anyone offer any help or is this just going to be our loss ?
Come on guys. These things should not be still going on. Please spend some development time to get this stuff corrected.
I'm currently locked out of my BLT. Getting the error message, then booted.
