Quest: Free the Home Zone (Once and for all) not finishing

I have freed all sectors on my island 2 days ago and put a storehouse in every sector.
The sub quest: Once and For All does not finish.
It says: " Have 58 or fewer bandit camps left on your home zone"
The bar below the icon is not green and when I hover the mouse over it, it says: 0/1

Is this a glitch?
