Buff Not working

This morning tried to place a Damascene Hammer Buff on my on Platinum sword weaponsmith and it did not work. I also tried to have a guildmate place the buff and The building did not light up like it was available to be buffed. I am able to place other buffs like the grilled steak on it.

Anyone else having this issue. Thanks in advance.

They are aware. It was fixed on the latest version on the test server. Should be showing up here shortly? Maybe.
