I cannot think of a good reason I'd ever want to stack Specialists. Organize them in a logical manner (as opposed to sort-of the order you got them in), yes, but not stack.
Everything else, though, most definitely stack wherever possible.
I can answer the concerns that witchyBee, WhiteCane and Thumbo had about having stacks of specific sizes that they wish to retain. One round-about solution to that is how we split deposits. We put whatever amount of deposit we don't need on Trade Office for a ridiculous amount of some valuable resource (so no one touches it). Then we can go about making use of the rest remaining in star and then cancel trade once done. Its not a huge pain if its not heavily used.
There is however one exception to all the resources I could think of. That is settler stacks. I make em in medium sized chunks and I have a bunch of them. That way, I can add a subset and still have the natural 15 minute settlers keep coming in. In other words, I don't often reach population cap. If that were to become consolidated, then there would be no way to break em up. Settlers are untradeable. I am curious to know how many other players play this way and would face a problem.
Otherwise, this should remain exactly as proposed. Cheers.
Hi,
Thanks everyone for your feedback!

The adventure menu wouldn't bother me if we could SEARCH it like you can in trading. Finding where an adventure I don't run is can be tedious and slow.
Mine aren't alphabetized, either; I'm still learning what each adventure looks like, and I've been playing for about 10 months. And I would love it if my geologists & explorers were at the top of my star menu rather than my generals & marshalls.
Thanks for the stacking, devs!
TomasOlsen i do the same w/ settler stacks. filling back up to the brim is silly when i have 2 village schools - but sometimes i want to top up enough to get a big batch of troops training. so i have several sized stacks for that purpose.
as for the adventures - what sort of alphabet are you using sweaterpuppies ? :D
It's a weird sort of alphabet within an alphabet type of order. Bandit Nest comes first. Then comes the scenarios in alphabetical order. Then come the rest in alphabetical order ... mostly.
