It is a sweet treat from BB. The 12th reward of the same adventure is maxed, including rare buildings and follow-up adventures. Then it resets all adventure counts to zero and maxes the rewards on the 13th of the same adventure. This goes on, increasing by one more adventure until 25. From then on, maximum rewards is given every 25th of the same adventure.

It's a building you earn for doing some outrageous number of achievements that only a handful of players will or can do. Then we all cry after event and BB gifts the house to all of us :)
