The spawn rates in general are lower this year but if your whole island is clear of clouds and you catch enough spawns you should be able to find enough over time. If you'd just like to complete your quests and not profit madly or lose your shirt completely try trading what you have, currently bells, 1:1 for what you need and just ignore the loony offers as much as possible. Straight up 1:1 offers usually go quickly, especially if they're posted in smallish amounts.

I think the new quarter clause is taking a building license! i haven't been building bl buildings in months... just rebuilding mines - 3 drop build 3 and so forth.. yesterday after i bought the new gen i have -minus 1 bl... thought that was odd... this morning (new log in) i have 3 mines dead and only 2 bl...??

It appears to be the case. Bug I assume.

Every time they introduce a new general to the game it takes up a building license. Go back through the patch notes and you will see them fix it for each one. Dracul did. The Master of Defense did. The Master of Martial Arts did... You get the point. You would think by now they would have that figured out. Guess not. It will get fixed eventually.

silly me thinking they would have fixed the issue before releasing the tacky clause... ..

definitly taking a BL. hope they fix it.

The game will be updated tomorrow during the maintenance: Quartermaster Claus will no longer use a building license.

YAY only lost a mine for 3 days :)

I was kind of hoping the Xmas Tree in the middle of the island would be filled with some presents to collect on Xmas Day! Too bad you guys didn't do something with that.

Well, I do not see it mentioned elsewhere, so maybe I missed something: Why did the XMAS event get trimmed from 4 weeks down to 3 weeks? That is going to seriously affect event items possible (roughly by 25%). :(
