Anybody knows the spread of different lengths of searches to numbers of presents found?
I am curious how many presents prolonged searches can bring compared to very long, long and mediums. Any data from test server?
Thanks.

Tons. The best answer is zero down time. In previous years it more or less evens out. Send them on whatever length search you will be around to send them out again as soon as they return.
Unless you have points in reducing the very long search, the rest even out.
But yes, zero downtime is the best answer.
Seems prolonged search is a dud. It takes full 3 days for tavern explorer (without books) for a chance to get 27 presents. Meh...
shorts and mediums during the day, longs overnight

Its just what I did quick for my own reference
Very Long is giving 20 or 35 at a pretty frequent rate. I'm only 50 so I can't prolong, but if it's 27 presents for Pinkleet, the other option would likely be 42-45 presents. So basically the other options are better than Prolonged.
