Treasure Search (Explorers)
All treasure searches started before the start of the removal phase have the chance to reward event currency.

Not a single present has been brought back on searches started BEFORE Removal Phase 1 :\

Other than that, hats off to the developers for a decently good event, with no other major hitches :0

But don't tell me i can send my explorers one last time when it is not true....or else pls send me the 100 or so presents they should have found ;)

I did the same, sent them all out before the start of the removal phase, none have brought back any presents.

Guess no one can read. There is a chance. Not a sure thing that you will get any presents but a chance.

I too sent out my explorers before the start of the removal phase and got no presents. Not a single present from any of them. Is a zero percent return considered "a chance"?

16 explorers sent out and returned without any presents... good topic title :)

agreed - out of 14 explorers - all sent within 2 hrs before the final countdown - Not a single one had presents. also after the mid maint my present rate dropped from 9/10 bringing back to around 6/10 bringing presents back.

no one I talked to had presents drop, so reading has nothing to do with THERE WAS NO WAY OF GETTING ANY

None here either, sent out all 4 including a lucky.

See the updated (as of this morning) 2015 Christmas Event FAQ (see, I can read! lol), looks like they acknowledge the issue and will correct it in some fashion. Thanks, BB!

BB Endesmor has just this in the Christmas FAQ thread: "In case you started a treasure search before the Removal Phase started, you will receive an ingame message including Presents. The amount of presents depends on how many explorers you own. The team is working on it right now and it's planned that you receive your package until tomorrow end of the day (hopefully earlier)."

So it looks like we will receive presents for those searches after all, I hope. :)

Nice one. Just calling out everyone as such. Well, if my math serves me right, all these results of 'No presents', adds up to a pretty large consensus that nobody had explorers return with presents. FYI - having one admit to having presents come in would help some feel better, but as we all know, the odds were 50%-ish depending on the length of the search, and since all these players probably have been sending out their explorers out all event, they know that about half should come back with something...

PS - Mine also drew 100% blanks on presents (Though I only have 7, so perhaps I was just REALLY unlucky).

PPS - thanks, BB for the lost presents, every bit helps.

Well my army of explorers brought back about 400 presents a day... and they gave me less than half. But hey with a little work in the trade office 200 extra grout for something I knew was a lie from the start is all good by me.

I have all the explorers possible. No presents as mentioned above
