With the addition of the archipelago (additional islands), My buffs are very much lacking. I buff 400 minimum and can produce only perhaps 3/4 of that per day. So basically, I have to take a couple of days of play off waiting for my buffs to catch up.
Now, what is the reasoning when we are allowed to add above 200 building spaces, but not a chance to buff any of them?
Not much foresight it seems.
its a game of island management. meaning picking what you want to buff and what you don't. or buying buffs from others... that's the point of the game... if it were too easy you would lose interest...
Some things aren't worth buffing, I build so those chains run fine without buffs (wood, coal, etc) and only buff high-value targets.
Also, swap buffs to increase them by 50% which would solve your 3/4 issue.

Im fairly sure I understand/aware of what you are saying, but in general in trying to say, also against other things, you just can't outpace yourself.
If you still say haven't then to say that is fine, maybe what otherwise is said is more for of, let alone what is said yourself.
But even then though does sound like outpacing or getting ahead so too much, might be of interest(Could be). I don't know but still.
I too cannot produce the necessary buffs with only 357 building licenses, need a second rarity PH.
Is that all licenses in use??
The amounts of buffs able to be made should be sufficient once you reach the point of expanding onto the archipelago islands. Starting at the top, the grilled steak takes 15 minutes to make, and lasts 3 days with normal friend buffing. This gives a rate of 96 buffs a day, or 288 buffs in the three days before they need to be reapplied. The Irma's Feasts take 5 minutes to make, giving 12 per hour or 288 buffer per day. In the 1.5 days, that provides 432 buffs. There is a bigger problem when you move down to the Irma's Baskets, which take 6 minutes, with 10/hour and 240/day.
On the other side, two of the most important buildings cannot be buffed at all - storage buildings and housing buildings. While they may have added 200 building spaces, a good amount of that was expected to be used for population expansion, which is also supported by providing fewer building licenses on the island sectors than were provided with the mainland ones, 10 licenses vs. 3 licences x 2 bosses.
Beyond that is just the question of what is being buffed. There are easily enough buffs from the Rarity Provision House to hit every end-product for double production and still get some of the more valuable chains. In order to run out, nearly everything on the island would have to be buffed. Since at some level this game is an economic simulation, it should be expected that players have to decide where to allocate limited resources, whether it be space, upgrade materials, or buffs. The problem may be a lack of foresight, but it is arguable that in this case it can be assigned to the game developers.
