The 'Collector's Path' quest line is where players are required to find collectibles and produce a 'Country Saying' buff. The quest is in four parts, but the fourth part will not be able to be completed until you have started doing adventures. The first three parts consist of opening the collection tab, finding sufficient herbs and scarecrows to make the buff, making the buff, and placing it on the field.

I think you are referring to the one asking you to produce at least 1"Country Saying". To do this, press H on your keyboard or click on the Mayor's House. go to the last tab (collections) and the top one is the "Country Saying" buff. It requires 25 herbs and 20 scarecrows to make one and it adds 400 wheat to a field as long as it has not depleted already.
