Although the garrisons now have different colored flags for each player in an adventure, all the generals carry red flags. The generals really need to carry the flag color that matches the garrison they come from, so you can tell if the returning/outgoing generals are yours or your friends.

This is a great Idea, would be cool to tell where they came from. Would be nice if you could mouse over the walking horse and the tent it came from got highlighter too so you could tell if they were landing on camps in right order.
And get the flag on the top layer while you guys are at it...nothing as fancy has having a marker so you can easily track your Gen and said marker disappears behind trees and dirt...
