disband units

I know somewhere someone else was making a suggestion about this in another post but I couldnt find it, tho I think it would really help if we had an option to disband units and get the weapons back, not the brew but the weapons would make sense. I have about 200 soldiers to get replaced by the elite ones and I dont have any other way of getting rid of them other then killing them off...

Just kill them off. With all the things going on in the game... this is not a needed feature we want programmers spending time on until about 38 other things are fixed/updated/released.
