Run all of your copies of Nords and Surprise Attack now lest you regret putting it off until later.

Glad they are working on the "important" stuff. At some point can I land more than half my gens on VLT or any other Fairy Tale adv?
I've never played Secluded Experiments in my life. Look like I won't ever do it either. I guess I won't ever finish that "Greatest Explorer" quest ...
So Nords and Surprise Attack will be completely worthless now too. Since I can barely bring myself to play adventures now, guess I can sell them for whatever I can get.
Nice of them to take away 2 of the 3 remaining adventures people don't hate running. LOL
The operative section of the update is: Adventure: The bosses in the "Northern" adventures do not have an aggression zone anymore
Running through the adventures, the total impact on Surprise Attack will be nothing using the Killste guide. All the leader camps are already outside the range of the supporting camps.
The impact on The Nords will cause some intercepts on some of the leader camps. The first zone is clear. The second zone will have an intercept from the closest camp; fortunately, the camp can be killed with an MMA for no losses. The third zone leader has an intercept as well, which camp can also be cleared with no losses. The forth zone leader uses a block on the Killste guide, and would be unchanged by the zone shifts. The final boss would now be intercepted by more than one of the surrounding camps. Two of the 3 camps can be cleared without losses again. The third camp can be cleared with losses of 58 R or 25M; of course, once the other two camps are cleared, it is a simple single block solution. In total, beside slowing down the adventure, there is a minimal increase in cost.
The troubling part is that there really is no loss from this for advanced players. It will have a larger impact on lower levels, which seems to be a developing trend where changes are made that disproportionately impact lower players because of the relative ease for more advanced players. This may represent an intrinsic problem with the game where there is a failure to adequately scale the difficulty with player advancement. The other question is the timing of these changes, following the publishing of quick versions of The Nords adventure. It would be shame if player communication and sharing of information is being use to direct development, while player feedback appears of secondary importance.
At least they will be changing the loot for SE to reflect on other epic adventures and bring it more in line...............oh wait.
Yeah, funny thing how somebody published an "auto pilot" guide for Island of the Pirates and it eventually disappeared from the shop. Or.... somebody published a guide for using weak point potions to farm witch towers from DB, those went away and now we've got assassins instead.
At least nobody can claim the developers aren't reading the forums.
