Motivation and Economy...

Hello, want to motivate players to continue to level past level 62 and stimulate the economy while helping players advance their home island's GNP?

1) make all buildings subject to trade and retain any upgraded level (1 through 6) -- keep level requirements for deployment -- but perhaps add a twist while retaining the build level requirements for specific buildings but allow a window (minus 20 levels) for deployment and use by lower level players for population adding buildings or simply do away with level requirements entirely for deployment of population adding buildings since many already do not have any;

2) make the level 6 Manor a +200 population building;

3) add level 70 content.

P.S. this doesn't need to effect building license requirements as those could still stay the same for individual home islands and the total number of buildings deployed...
